OrderMate Now at Taj Tandoor in Rundle Street

Hello again,

We’ve been busy putting together a brand new State of the Art Point of Sale System for one of Adelaide’s best known Indian Restaurant’s the Taj Tandoor on Rundle Street Adelaide.

Anne and her fantastic staff at Taj have been great to work with, and now have a Custom Designed  POS System that works to their exact requirements.

Anne wanted only the best hardware for her restaurant, so she chose 2 x IBM Kiosks “all in one” touch screen PC’s” for the front of house and the ever reliable Posiflex bench top “all in one PC” for the back of house.

Wiztec IT gets MSS/Chubb Network Maintenance Job

After another successful month of providing the best in IT Solutions and Maintenance, Wiztec IT Solutions has been assigned the role of IT Systems & Network Maintenance services for MSS/Chubb.

Our regular onsite technical assistance visits have proven to be a big help for staff and management at MSS/Chubb in everyday trouble shooting of computer issues plus the regular maintenance of their Server Network.

Once again, Wiztec IT Solutions is proving to be a strong and reliable IT support partner to some of the biggest companies in SA and Australia.

Wiztec IT delivers on Designer Direct IT Network Maintenance Agreement

For the past 3 years we have been lucky enough to have been working with Designer Direct (Manchester and Home wares Group) to deliver their IT requirements across a broad spectrum within IT.
Delivering such critical services as POS (Point of Sale) to 3 of their extremely successful and very well known stores, including Thebarton, Modbury and Harbour Town,  in SA.

Due to our successful IT systems maintenance and management of Designer Direct’s current 3 stores’ POS Systems and back office computer networks, including their warehouse and head office, Wiztec has once again been assigned the job of rolling out the new POS Systems and IT Network infrastructure for Designer Direct’s new store opening soon at Noarlunga in the southern suburbs of SA.

We are very excited by the opportunity to once again play a big part of the addition of another successful store to the  very popular Designer Direct Group.

Along with all the work required with the new store opening soon, we have also been kept extremely busy with the addition,  implementation and set up of the new Designer Direct Head Office’s IT network infrastructure, which has included updating of the current server and patch panel, and the addition of more office PCs, Users and Peripherals, plus the implementation of another offsite redundancy back up server for Noarlunga, onto the current network.

Wiztec IT wins Aussie Home Loans IT Networks Maintenance Agreement.

It’s official, Wiztec IT Solutions is now officially the IT Systems and Network Maintenance Services Provider for Aussie Home Loans and Wizard Home Loans in South Australia.

We have now been servicing the Adelaide office for more than 3 months, and after a couple of major upgrades to the network have proven our technical capabilities as a Major IT Network Engineering company here in SA.

Part of our role at AHL is the onsite preventative maintenance and monitoring of onsite servers, hardware repairs, upgrades and installations, adding and removing hardware and software applications to and from the network and general trouble shooting.

We look forward to a long and prosperous business relationship with Aussie!

Chopstix on Rundle Street goes wireless!

The techno savy team at Chopstix on Rundle have added a wireless hand held ordering UMPC to their already fantastic OrderMate POS System.

This will again improve the speed and efficiency of their already fantastic customer service.

Bar Zushi Database and Menu’s almost complete.

After approx 60 hours of database customization and menu set up this week, we can finally see the light at

the end of the Bar Zushi POS System tunnel.
The guys from Bar Zushi have worked really hard with us to help get their database and menu’s just the way they want them.

The Bar Zushi Restaurant and Bar Zushi Kiosk in Darwin will be the most hi tech computerized ordering system in the top end!
Can’t wait to get up there and install it all on the new UMPCs and touch terminals!

Cafe Primo Norwood joins the Wiztec/OrderMate Family!

Welcome back and Happy New Year!

We’ve had a fantastic start to 2009 with a prized new client joining our
Wiztec IT/OrderMate family, in Cafe Primo on The Parade at Norwood.

We’d like to welcome Ara and his fantastic team to our POS family and wish them all the best for 2009.
