Red Rock Restaurant becomes 2nd Chopstix Restaurant.

Congratulations!

To Phoung Nguyen and his team for opening their 2nd Chopstix restaurant. While the new acquisition is currently still trading as Red Rock Asian Restaurant on Glen Osmond Road at Fullarton in SA, Phoung and his team are busily changing and upgrading the restaurant to bring it up to the high Chopstix standards we have come to love.

One of the reasons Chopstix has been able to expand says Phoung, is due to the OrderMate Point of Sale/Business Management System in place at Chopstix on Rundle St Adelaide. Since implementing the OrderMate System into his business in late 2007, Phoung says that his reporting and tracking of incoming and outgoings has been defined down to the last $dollar.

Phoung says “We can track and account for every $dollar we spend, we know how much each dish is costing us to make and how much we need to be selling it for in order to turn a profit, so it goes without saying that when we looked to open our 2nd store, OrderMate was the first thing we needed to implement into our new location”.

So, we got to work on Chopstix’s new OrderMate Point of Sale/Business Management System and completed the installation and set up last week.
